I noticed that my clothes were getting tighter and the scales were slowly creeping up. I had a gym membership which I rarely used, on the odd occasion I did go I had no idea what I was doing! After Christmas I decided that I wanted a change of lifestyle, so I started seeing Sarah.
Sarah tailored some workouts for me which suited my lifestyle perfectly, so were easy to complete at home and encouraged me to stick to the eating plan. I started to see a change in my body shape, I felt much fitter and stronger and was able to things I couldn’t do before, like press ups. The scales were going down and I was losing inches off my body. I was soon able to fit into some dresses that I didn’t think I would ever fit into again.
I am so please I made the decision to go and see Sarah, with her help and support I am a much fitter and healthier person now. I have made a change for life and I feel great for it.

I have been training with Sarah Western for a year and a half now. In that time, my overall health and wellbeing has significantly improved.
