My name is Sarah and I am a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Coach working in Leigh on Sea, Essex.
I used to be overweight and unhealthy and felt fed up and unconfident in my own skin. I didn’t know how to eat, how to exercise effectively and I didn’t know what I was doing wrong!
Then I took control of my of life.
I hired a personal trainer and together we changed my eating habits, I learnt to exercise properly and as a result not only found a healthier and happier me but also discovered a love for exercise, fitness and wellness!
Health and fitness is my passion! I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015 as I wanted to help people like the ‘old me’ lead healthier lifestyles, achieve their health and fitness goals and lead happy and healthier lives.
My personal training qualification was just the start for me, I continually invest in myself and am also a fully qualified sports massage therapist and am now qualified to work with pre and postal natal women. I am a member of the Advance Coaching Academy (ACA) which is delivered by Phil Learney, an extremely well respected and prominent figure in the health and fitness industry, I have completed a foundation course with Body Type Nutrition and am a mental health first aider trained by MHFA England. I continually invest in myself using the best coaches in the industry to ensure that I am the best possible coach for my clients.
